Midas

I am a single woman in that I rely on my car to get me to work. Even though they said they were not going to be able to get to it Friday , they were able to look at it sooner and get it fixed in just two days. I will even love the price of the repair bill.

I had thought Midas was mufflers. Nope, these guys do everything but body work and glass. I have 3 vehicles, a 2019 Honda, a 2013 Buick Encore, and my buddy, a 2002 Ford Ranger. Midas cares for all of them. Having a great mechanic that I trust is like having my personal doctor whom I trust. Try them out. They won't B.S. you and will fix your vehicle

I picked Midas because they were close to home and had great reviews. My interaction on the phone was exceptional and easy. They got me scheduled in a timely manner and completed my vehicle quickly, even with extra work they found that needed to be done. When I walked into the shop I was instantly impressed. The shop is very clean and inviting, not your typical grungy, mechanics shop. Staff was friendly and informative and they even had a ride service to take me home while my vehicle was being worked on. Since getting my van back, it is driving exceptionally better than before. I appreciate their attention to detail and information regarding my vehicle. Pricing was fair given all the work they did. I will forever take my vehicle to them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I called Midas to make a last minute, same day appointment. I had not ever used Casper Midas before but the garage I usually get my oil change couldn't help me. Casper Midas were able to get me right in. During their routine check point inspection they discovered my car had a failing ball joint. I had an appointment, out of state, to drive to the next day. I asked if it was possible to do the repair as well as the oil change. Yes, they could, and DID. I got excellent information about the repair. I was given a ride to and from my house so I didn't have to sit all day at their shop. The manager, Dobby, facilitated everything perfectly so I was on the road the next day. This is a well managed garage. For my car repair and maintenance work, they will be my first call ever

The guys at Midas of Casper were great! My husband was driving across country to a funeral and had a battery issue in this RV. The fit him in and figured out the problem and got him back on the road. He made it to the funeral in time with no other issues. They even let him spend the night in the parking lot one night until it was all fixed! Thanks and highly recommend.
