My husband and I came to town to buy a car and they checked out our car while we were test driving it. Excellent service. Nice friendly people from answering service to office and garage. They also told us a place to eat while we were waiting. Thank you! I would use them again
I popped a tire in the evening, 10 mins before closing time. When I called, just trying to get information, Midas employees were nice enough to call me a tow and stay open half an hour late, just to help me to get my tire replaced. Bless. Above and beyond.
Casey is very professional and respectful. The service member guys handled everything very quickly and Precisely. You cannot beat the prices of Midas. Overall I had a very great experience with Midas of Columbus.
