My new go to place for all my vehicles! Chris and Ethan are a great team and always willing to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I said my name on a call and Chris said "Hey, how'ya doing?!". Goes a long way to build trust but these guys have it. Do not let them go, great team, great shop.

Chris is awesome, always super nice and transparent, which you don’t find everywhere in the industry. I had an appointment for some repairs last weekend but had a family emergency. Called Chris and he was very understanding and happily rescheduled me for the following weekend. He’s even pleasant to sit and talk with if you have to wait in office for while your car is being working on. Have used Midas since moving to Concord last Spring and decided this is the place we trust the most and will be using Midas for as long as we live here!

Twice in two years I've had a vehicle emergency and Chris and his team have been able to get me in right away and get me fixed up. I'm grateful. They will be getting more of my business.

It snowed so heavily today and my car spun out of road when I was driving home. Luckily the car didn’t hurt anything but many lights were on. I drove to them and they checked everything for me with no charges. They are so nice and I really appreciate their generous help.

Highly recommend. These guys went above and beyond! I was passing through after wrapping up an out-of-state work event. My car displayed a few odd behaviors that made me pretty nervous for the four-hour drive home. On a spontaneous whim, I dropped in and spoke with Danny, and explained my situation. Danny and his crew didn't skip a beat (Did I mention this was towards the end of their workday?). They immediately offered to check out my vehicle and run some quick diagnostics. No big issues found, rattled off some impressive data about alternator health and battery life, and they sent me out the door in less than 30 minutes. What impressed me the most though was their hospitality and not even hesitating for a moment to help someone in need that wasn't from the area and had a long drive home
