Poor customer service. All that matters to them is money. They cant even speak if they arent paid for the overly priced job they do. Replacing a battery can cost you about 200$ if you bring your own because technically its a 1 hour job even though if the labor finishes in (10 minutes). For the rest of the time they wait to call it a hour job. Its fine, paying that much if we agreed to it but that poor customer tone, not even a opinion (not talking about repairs), you have to park it in and pay a 99$ fee for the inspection. Really? Never gonna use their service again. All I asked was that my car was fine and sounding great before I went in a different place for a battery replacement where they attempted to change battery but failed due to their poor technicians and I had to come to MIDAS an

I came into the shop for an estimate on tires and vehicle service, and Ivan assisted me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in clear detail. I will definitely be returning for service and highly recommend this shop. Fantastic customer service.

Hey guys i just had to say i stopped in to get a tire repair today . Ivan was helping me out and I want to say i was extremely satisfied & impressed with his character & customer service . No pressure just a solid guy enjoying work , looking out for me . Associates like this need to be appreciated .
