I met with Jeff yesterday and he was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my immediate need. So, if they can they will accommodate drop in. That was awesome. I was doing an inspection on a vehicle I was purchasing. Joshua was the inspector and did an outstanding job being very thorough and seemed to treat my purchase as if it was his. He talked to me about in detail about the vehicle. In my case he provided a cheer choice for me to move forward with purchase. Super nice guy! Cory went over the inspection and made clear some things that will need to be fixed. Super helpful for my price negotiation. The cost was very low for peacemy of mind. This is a great automotive shop based on my experience. Honestly, I’m going to bring all of my vehicles here🔥

I had a really great experience at this Midas and wanted to give a shoutout to Jeff and the team. We brought our car in needing some pretty major work — alternator replacement, CV joints, and a blown head gasket — so we were honestly bracing for a stressful and expensive situation. Jeff was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through everything clearly, helped us find the best options for parts, and made the whole process feel straightforward and fair. What really stood out was how quickly they were able to get the work done and the quality of the repair. This place is top notch - I can’t recommend them enough. I have brought both of my vehicles here for several years now and I’ve always experienced stellar service both in the office from management and out in the shop from the techs and the work they perform. Most recently, I experienced an issue with a part that was provided through another vendor - the other vendor was less than helpful but the manager Jeff here did everything he could to ensure the warranty was honored. It is refreshing to experience such wonderful customer service and hear him communicate respectfully and clearly with the other vendor on the need to make this right. I went in to have my front differential flushed and filled. I'm not in the most knowledgeable guy with cars, but the gal at the front desk name Lisa and one of the techs we're so knowledgeable and friendly. Lisa told me that she's had bad experiences with extended warranties and such, that she decided that she would never let that happen to her again and that she would do her best to make sure does it happen to anyone else. They did my front differential than they gave me a full inspection and gave me a printout with what needed to be done how much it would cost and what order I should get things done. High quality customer service and down to earth, genuine employees. Shout out to Lisa, Jeff and Corey. Went in for a simple oil change came out with so much knowledge accompanied by information and quotes about fixes my truck needs as well as a free inspection & tire rotation. Seriously so enjoyable to just sit in that waiting room and watch them do their jobs.
