My check engine light came on early in the day on a Saturday two weeks ago, so I got here as soon as I could in the afternoon. My car was a complete train wreck when they checked the codes for the check engine. I asked them, considering the time of day and they were closing in a few hours, to do the minimum that Saturday to keep my car safe until I could bring my car back to finish the repairs. It took all day yesterday to finish the repairs. Everyone was very respectful and very helpful! I will be back, but hopefully not for awhile!

I had an outstanding experience at Midas of Fall River! The team here goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of the right way. I was really impressed by their digital vehicle inspection process — they send you detailed photos and explanations of what needs attention, which makes it super easy to understand and trust what’s being done. Pedro, the manager, was especially great to work with. He’s professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he takes pride in running a shop that values transparency and quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance needs and recommending this location to friends and family.

My husband and I came here last weekend and we ended up leaving very happy and relieved considering that my car was on the verge of breaking down when we got there. We were greeted by one of the managers Brain Rebello. He was very nice, informative and honest. He was patient and explained everything fully. The mechanic (not sure of his name) was very nice as well. They ended up fixing my serpentine belt, replaced my water pump (which ended up causing major issues itself), and finally they also replaced my break fluid. I'm so happy they were able to fix my car, and my car now drives great! I cannot say enough though of how nice Brain was! He 100% made us feel much better about the situation with my car. I will def use this location in the future.

Very unhappy with the cost of my oil change. They completely overpriced me on a 8 quart oil change for my truck. Charged me $163 for the oil and filter. Claimed that the type of oil that was used is very expensive. I looked up the price of the oil when I arrived home and a 5 quart container ranged from $28-$38 at Walmart and Auto Zone/Advance Auto. Completely ripped me off and will never give them my business again!
