Midas

We have several company vehicles that we have serviced at Midas. Liz and Jennifer are both very professional and knowledgeable. They perform very thorough diagnostics and clearly communicate any recommendations for needed service or repair. They strive to complete any required service as timely as possible without sacrificing the quality of service. I will continue to use Midas and would highly recommend them.

The team did a good job with turn around… quoting.. and results! My rear brakes were at the end. The team was able to get me in and out the same day which is fortunate timing on my part. They talked thru and sent pictures of the repairs needed. When I had questions.. they went a step further to explain and verify my concerns going above and beyond in this case due to the excess wear. They communicated and gave reasonable timeframe. They met and exceeded expectations in the end. They had the “Midas Touch” that day.

The entire team at this Midas location is above and beyond professional. I went in for brakes and knew that my steering components needed some repair. When they conducted their courtesy inspection, the found the issue and worked hard to get everything done. It took them 10 hours to get it all done but it was worth it. I had been scammed by several other repair places since they told me that they conducted an alignment but since several components had been seized or not removed from when the manufacturer installed the part and the team at Midas found it out and work tirelessly to get the issue resolved. If you are looking for a place that takes great care of you and your vehicle then i highly recommend that you go to this Midas.

We are not from the area and visiting for the Colts MNF game and passing through for a Christmas trip and my rear brakes started squealing. Liz got me in the day I called and got my brakes all taken care of. Can’t thank Liz and her team for taking care of me on such a short notice on a short holiday week. Top notch customer service.
