I’ve been going to this Midas location for nearly six years. Whenever I come in, I usually bring all three of my vehicles at the same time, and they have consistently taken care of me. Over the years I’ve generally had very good experiences and have always appreciated the service. Recently I had a small issue, and the way it was handled by the manager, Rich, along with ownership, was truly phenomenal. They addressed my concerns professionally and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attention really renewed my trust and reminded me why I’ve continued coming here for so long. I do miss Trevor who used to work here, but Rich clearly cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure people leave satisfied. The Midas in Franklin, Ma is excellent. Professional, friendly and fair. I will not hesitate to go to this location again for any mechnical needs. I am 500% certain I saved a bunch of money by NOT entrusting the dealership. I was treated with upmost respect and everything was fairly priced. Rich and Kevin are both consummate professionals. I am certain that all of the professionals at this location are. Do not hesitate to go to them.

I had a great experience at Midas. Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support and would definitely recommend this location.

I went in for a battery replacement..and by the way my car was handling lately, i figured i would need more. This amazing team did a free safety check on my car and pointed out some safety concerns. Rich and Kevin Invited me into the shop to explain the what and why, on their recommendations. The tech, Allen was able to get it done same day!! My car drives SO much better. i am beyond grateful and totally satisfied with the results. (btw, my two year old child travels with me in this car and quality is a high priority to me..they absolutely delivered!). I highly recommend this Midas location! Top notch from start to finish :)

Rich and Kevin were extremely helpful. They ordered a tire for me to be sent to there store, and put the tire on my car in the same day. They made this their priority. They are both very personable (friendly) guys - a pleasure to deal with. I will be back again! Side note - Their sitting/waiting area is extremely comfortable, and very relaxing. The nicest waiting area that I've seen at an auto shop!
