Jason is the manager at the Grand Rapids 28th street location and is fantastic. I have had many services completed here and just had all fluids changed with OEM products at a fraction of the cost of the dealer. Excellent service and highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend this place. They are honest, generous and trustworthy. As a woman I always worried about getting taking advantage of at car shops but these gentleman work with integrity. They work fast and great communication. The prices are unbeatable. I will be back.

I have taken my car to them multiple times but forgotten to leave a review, and they recently installed a new alternator, then recharged my battery after testing it to make sure it wasn't ruined or gonna have bad performance, while also getting it back to me the same day even though I expected it the next! They're awesome and I should say; Even before all that they fully installed a new transmission and related hardware to fix my flood damaged vehicle. They're definitely dedicated pros, and certifiable bros, they won't tell you ludicrous prices and whatever it costs it's probably worth it. Haven't had to fix the same thing twice

Amazing service! The staff was extremely friendly and informative. They fit my vehicle in last minute for an oil change and a set of new tires. A few even had to stay a little over their shift to make sure everything was done asap.

I came in because the engine splash shield on the bottom of my car was dragging on the ground. As a quick fix, I taped it up so that it wouldn't continue dragging & causing more damage. The day after dropping it off, I was quoted over $900 in repairs for new brakes, tires, a filter, and more. I was completely not expecting to pay that much, so I decided to decline. I had only approved the splash shield to get fixed and that's it. When I got my car back, I noticed there was still a scraping noise & pieces of plastic were coming off the bottom of my car on the highway. I took a closer look & the tape that I used earlier was still there & the piece was dangling down still. I took my car to another auto shop & they sent me a picture of the bottom of my car, which obviously was not fixed. Th
