I had a fantastic experience with this shop! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Recently, my son called me explaining that his exhaust had come apart and his car had become excessively loud. He was able to get the car in the very next day for the repair, and the team not only handled the issue quickly and professionally but also took the time to explain everything clearly. They went above and beyond by inspecting his tires and giving honest, knowledgeable advice about which replacements were needed to keep the car safe—especially with Wisconsin’s unpredictable weather. They replaced the tires a couple of days ago, and my son told me the car now handles better than it ever has. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely cares about safety and treats customers with re

Ruffing is a great place for both maintenance and repairs. They're transparent, personable, and go above and beyond. Not only do they handle the oil change and tire rotation, they also do a multi-point inspection, top off fluids, check your tires, and test your battery. Last time, they even cleaned my windshield, threw out some trash from the front seat, found my missing driving gloves, and gave me free snacks. I also got a loaner van, so I didn't have to wait around or coordinate a ride. Ruffing should honestly be 6 stars.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. They greeted me. I even brought my dog in. They made Roscoe feel warm and invited. They are very warm and friendly. I’d never met these people before in my life and it was like I walked into my home just very friendly, warm, caring and the service was fast and efficient. I had coffee and took Roscoe outside in a picnic area. I could take my dog and sit on the picnic table under the summer trees. Enjoyed the experience. I walked back in and it felt like two minutes later they were done and wrapped up. Of course it was a normal service time, but they made me feel so good and even my vehicle you know they left a treat for me when I got in the car, thanking me for choosing them just overall a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to get my oil cha

Was having an issue with the air conditioner on my car! That day I received the flyer in mail from Ruffing Automotive Services! So I called them and was very impressed by their friendly personality and they got my car in within a day! Another great feature was a free car rental, as we are older and only have one car, so this was a special plus! They found the problem quickly and fixed our car in a day and a half! Great service, great perple to work with, very pleased with the workmanship! Will definitely use them for oil changes and tire rotations or any other issues!

Brought my 2016 accord in for an alignment after hitting a pothole, and I’m very happy with how it came out. They did a full inspection on my car as well, and informed me of my worn lower control arms, and gave me an estimate on a cost to replace them. Great experience, I will be coming back in the future!
