I gave them a four star basically on the prices that they charge for the service. They did a good job of getting me right in and having the vehicle fixed in one day but the charge for the parts and some of the labor I felt was excessive.

Excellent experience at this location. Needed more than $3200 in maintenance from the dealer and Midas was able to do it for $1000 less. I had to wait for parts to be ordered but everything was completed in one day. They took me to work and delivered my car back! New employees Pete & Synda have done great things at this location from customer service to making sure the work is done correctly. Very hard to find an honest mechanic who makes sure every part they receive/install is 100% effective. For those who had to have parts reordered, it may be frustrating that your car isn't done 'on time' but it's WORTH waiting to get non-defective parts to ensure the job is correct when your car leaves the lot. They wont stand for less.

DO NOT GO HERE! Took my 2015 GMC Terrain in for a new timing chain. Took 10 days to get my car back. Apparently, parts kept breaking and they had to re-order. I was told it would be 2800$. However, they charged me 500$ more, for a total of 3300$! Took it back in 2 days later for a noise that Synda told me to ignore. They said 204$ for the noise. However, I was charged 289$! Whatever part they SAID they fixed wasn’t the issue. 289$ for absolutely nothing and still has the noise! HERES THE KICKER; since my car was at Midas waiting on parts, I borrowed my mother’s car. I heard some squeaking brakes on mom’s car so, I called Midas, [while my terrain was at midas] and got her car in to check on the brakes. Customer service is excellent! Brandon W. was extremely helpful and informative when we set up services for our fleet! The quick turnaround time is amazing, especially in our line of work! We will continue to use Midas because of the amazing customer service we received.

From when I moved into this neighborhood near this shop in 2023 and to this day, Midas has taken care of me and my vehicles that I have had from my Ford Edge, Chevy Traverse, Toyota Prius, and Ford Expedition they give me the best options that fit my needs, even if they’re not the best solution! Even when their roof was torn off during a storm they remained open, they’re here for their community, I recommend them and they also offer a generous 10% military and veterans discount as well.
