Poor to nonexsistant -inspection- Did not check or air up tires and didnt grease zerts. Poor or unqualified -diag- Left shop with no drive cycle after repaires ,because check engine was still illuminated with same codes -scope of work- Was not completed so that we could have informed consent. Only reported part of repairs needed. I do not need more platitudes from this company .i invite you to outperform the repair that left me feeling like i needed to leave this accurate review.

Paul was awesome! He explained what was wrong with my vehicle and made sure my brakes were safe. Caught the problem before I needed new calipers. Great service!

Had my car repaired here and will NEVER EVER go there again for anything. Paul who is supposedly the new owner was very rude when I returned to question my bill. There were 2 lines that were called "DISCOUNT." in the dictionary it started that a discount is a savings on a product or service. Yet these 2 lines of the supposed "DISCOUNT" ended up adding an additional $ 279.98. When I inquired about the additional charges opposed to true discount.I was told it was because of additional work that was required to replace my parts. I stated, I didn't understand that.Why was it not under the labor and I was just told it's because the way their system is and told to leave the store. I know that I can become short. Go elsewhere! I went in and they fixed a few things. A few days later a new noise appeared, so I went back. Suddenly they said I needed one new strut (not a pair) for $1,250. I said that was too much and would pick it up later. Funny how the struts were “fine” just a few days ago, but now one is bad. When I went to pick up the car, they acted sketchy and said they had “dug deeper” and now it would be cheaper because it wasn’t the strut but a tie rod. I highly doubt they rechecked anything after I declined the repair. They even told me tie rods go bad after one year, which is completely false. There must be new management, because I’ve never had such a slimy experience with them before. Edit: I brought my car to a different shop and they said the struts and tie rods are completely fine. Don’t ever go there !!! My elderly sister took her car into for an exterior light bulb repair . They came back with an $1800 bill saying she needed work done for safety . My sister immediately took her car to Kia dealership asked them to do a thorough look over so that she could safely take it on a long drive . The dealership found NOTHING wrong !!! Merlin is scanning the elderly. Don’t go near that place .
