I had an excellent experience with Mike. He is very knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles and I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and give detailed explanations. I feel like he can be trusted and I will definitely be coming back for my maintenance.

Service tech and manager very patient and knowledgeable. Had muffler repaired and they ordered part rapidly and was driving my car in no time. I really appreciate that a few clamps were broken and I was not charged for that, not to mention they told me my tires were balding (i will be back for that) and my front end tie rods needed attention soon. I trust them for my future repairs. Thanks so much!

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire alert!! Used a coupon I found online my first Midas experience! Coupon was honored true to form no small print or hidden fees!! After my first experience I will definitely be taking my car and recommending Franklin St. Location to everyone!! Great customer service!! GM was very helpful and courteous!! Atmosphere is very inviting!!

In my experience, the waiting time was very long and the initial diagnosis turned out to be incorrect. The repair estimate was much higher than expected, and I later resolved the issue elsewhere. I recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs.

This was my first visit. I called the shop, panicking and they got me Right in. The staff, especially the manager "Mark" was extremely welcoming, very, very, very humble, professional, very understanding, very patient. They didn't make me feel like a customer, I felt like a PERSON who they wanted to help! I could right for hours about how much I appreciate this shop, but my arthritis wont allow me to. I'm 45 years old and have had my many shares of garages, nothing can compare to this service and the STAFF! They even dropped me off, picked me up..I was stranded! The manager even showed me on live video what was wrong with my vehicle! I would suggest them to ANYONE!!!
