Midas

I can’t say enough about how happy and satisfied I am with the service Atrayue provided. From the moment I walked in feeling stressed, he handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He was extremely helpful and made the entire experience smooth and easy. If you go, definitely ask for him you won’t be disappointed.

The front desk staff was personable, respectful, efficient, and helpful. In addition to taking care of their duties they actually went to go and pick up my part because the wrong thing was delivered just to expedite my job getting done. That’s pretty cool.

Called them for an oil change because a friend recommended them. I spoke to the manager (James) to setup the appointment and he was professional and customer oriented. They did the job quickly and didn’t try to “sell” me that the car needed anything else done. That’s completely different experience than going to some of the other shops.

I brought my vehicle in the day after the big snow storm appx 1ft. There was no wait and the repair process moved quicker as a result. James kept me aware of technical status/diagnostic and costs in advance. The visit and service went well.

My first time at Midas and was very pleased with the service, professionalism and attention to my concerns. James Howard and Chris were attentive and very pleasant and explained any concerns I had about my car. Great overall experience and gained me as a customer.
