Insane quote of 363$ per lower control arm after they failed my car for inspection. I did not notice my sway bar link was out, nor my passenger side outer tie rod. I am a reasonable person, they were right to fail my vehicle for those two things. My lower control arms were not in terrible shape when I took them apart, and should not have failed safety. A reasonable mechanic would suggest replacement, though. At a much lower parts cost. Their labor is a fair price, but the owner is obviously making up for it in part estimates. I was quoted 2600$ for a job that cost me 280$ to do at home after I paid for overnight shipping. I still need new tires, so a more accurate quote would be 680$ for what I did at home. Book value labor should not have pushed this job above $1600 at an absolute maximu

We’ve gotten our oil changed here at least three times. Two of those times, a piece was broken off and had to be replaced. Shouldn’t have happened either time but it did and we have been understanding both times. However, on the previous oil change a few months ago, the mechanics here informed us we needed to replace the left tie rod soon and made it seem like it was extremely important and should be done within two months at most. We took the car to them for another oil change today and we were fully expecting them to mention the tie rod again since we had not changed it yet. However, this time they did not say anything about the tie rod and when asked about that specifically they said it had no problems. Instead, they told us that our radiator was leaking and quoted us $1,300+ to replac

Vinny is the bomb dot com! he fixed a issue he did not create. he was cleaning the office and providing free entertainment while I waited! Give Vinny a raise, and everyone else should come get their cars fixed here….. make sure u ask for him so it’s done correctly!

My terrible experience with them happened back on 12/19/25 and 12/20/25. Brought the car in to get serviced due to intermittent shutting down in the middle of the road. Went to pick it up and not even 10 feet from the shop it broke down in the middle of Main Street where it had to be towed back in. We were promised they would look into it free of charge to make amends for what was already an awful experience. The next day (12/20/25) we come back and we’re being charged insane amounts of money for an issue that should’ve been identified the day before. No flexibility for customer payment plans, no understanding on their part at all, they’ll gladly rip you off with no remorse. Stay clear of this place.

Edit*: 1/12/15 (1 day of using the car after the oil change): I now have check engine light on. 100% the mechanics did something to my car to make me buy the repairs. ________________________________________________________ I submitted a request online for just an oil change on a Subaru legacy on a friday, for Saturday morning, time requested was for 7:30am, got emailed for a 8:30am opening, arrived at 8:27am, car went in for service at 9:15am. Finished at 9:52, charged total $64. They inspected my car, Service was fast, people were friendly.
