I prefer Midas in NP over the other locations. Their technicians are knowledgeable and scheduling an appointment is never a hassle. I love their online reports that provide pictures when you get any kind of vehicle inspection. They help me take better care of my car. Thank you guys!

I went for an oil change and one of the employee, Larry attended me. He was very thorough in explaining everything and was attentive to all my questions. I loved that they did a full inspection with my vehicle and showed pictures of what needed to be done or what soon needed to be repaired. I recommend to anyone to get there car services done at Midas. I sure will be returning. Thanks again for your services.

I went to get my tires balanced. I told the Rocky when it happened and he went out and looked at my car and he said it was because the snow was in the wheels. That was very honest because he could’ve just balance the tires and not even bothered to look at my car. I will definitely go there again. Great customer service. Saved me a decent amount of money. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Midas on both the 2nd & 3rd of July. Both days consisted of the workers taking advantage and in lesser words scamming me. I went in for a routine inspection. My car is newer, I bought it from a Honda dealership and is in great condition. My car is finishing getting inspected when I see John W walking into the front of the store. I follow as my car is appearing to be all set. Once I get in there John tells me how my car has failed inspection. Which is beyond shocking for me. He explained I failed inspection due to the sidewalls of my tires “cracking”. We go over and look at the car and although it doesn’t look the best it is definitely passable. He then explains to me that if I go anywhere else without new tires I will fail the inspection sin

Fast reliable service. Most of all trustworthy and honest. Brought here after toyota dealership in boston put incorrect pins on my caliper and wanted to charge me 675$ to fix their mistake. Midas was open in saturday to fix my caliper promptly! Thanks rocky/ joe and larry!
