I stopped by Midas because I was hearing a suspension noise after hitting a few potholes. Matt took the time to check the truck thoroughly, test drive it, and tighten a few bolts, and he didn’t even charge me for the inspection. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help without trying to upsell unnecessary work. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days. Thanks again, Matt.

Totally hooked me up with a fast tire plug. My tire was losing air quick. They were able to get me in right away and take care of the issue. I would recommend stopping in for tires, repair, and service.

I had a tire valve issue and brought my car to Midas in North Reading. They fixed it in less than 20 minutes, the staff was incredibly kind and professional, and they didn’t charge me anything. They were honest, efficient, and genuinely helpful, exactly what you hope for when you have a car problem. I highly recommend this location, especially if you’re having tire or wheel issues. These guys were perfect I have a Tesla and I hit a pothole and my tire popped I called and asked if they deal with Tesla cars. Ricky picked up very quickly and was able to get my tire the same day. I highly recommend these guys. Ricky and Jose will be the reason I will continue to bring my vehicle there for any mechanical work. You guys earned a new customer!
