I’m don’t write a lot of reviews, but in this case it’s my pleasure. To describe this business words like accommodating, kind, and reliable come to mind. I’ve used this location several times in the last year, each one I’ve felt like a valued customer. A rare enough thing.

Wish all auto rental counters were like this one. Very pleasant greeting, efficient and fast handling of the paperwork, a clean and recent model vehicle. Rented there four times now, and looking forward to my next rental

The BEST customer service!!! Kudos to Becky, Cindy, Edward here and Jess in the Hyannis location! Everyone worked together to help me get home, and it was flawless. When panicked and a bit stuck, having this amazing team of people in my corner was so reassuring. To anyone reading this review, please give this location your business!

I rented a car from here for over a month. I was in a car accident and had no other vehicle. They were so helpful and kept allowing me to extend the rental when the insurance company was taking forever to write me a check. They went above and beyond in all aspects of customer service! I highly recommend! Thanks ☺️

Polite and kind and cooperative staff. Prices are crazy but that's everywhere. Lot was sold out but staff was able to pull off a magic truck and got me and my father in law into a vehicle!
