James definitely holds this place down. He is an awesome knowledgeable gentleman, gives you great prices and his team offers you the best services. You can definitely count on them. I have been using their services for years and not once have I been worried. I trust them. Everyone please I employ you to take your car(s) there and ask for James. He will take care of you.

I believe this is a case of this business damaging my car so they can fix it themselves since the service I booked is not what they specialize and can charge a high amount for. I took my car here Saturday February 21st for an OIL CHANGE, I had a 1pm appointment and my car was not serviced until 2:30 then the service wasn’t completed until 3:30. EXTREMELY long wait time for a simple oil change. After the oil change was completed I had a 15 minute drive back home, 5 minutes from my destination I hear a LOUD drop and here scraping as I’m driving. Turns out the long pipe that connects to the muffler completely snapped from the connection and is now dragging on the street as I drive. I had to PAY for a tow truck to tow it back to Midas where they then tried to charge me $4300 or $1300 to fix it

I had a great experience thanks to James and his team. From start to finish, he was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The service was efficient, fairly priced, and stress-free. Huge thanks to Midas Owings Mills Team for the excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I cannot recommend Mida in Owings Mills enough. James at Midas went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire. My tire exploded after coming out of the gas station right up from his business, so I was able to navigate my way there very slowly. instead of trying to sell me a tire because it needed to returned to the point of purchase, he put on my spare, so that I could continue home. The shop was very willing to help me out. Their customer service is top notch.

I just got to say 100% Thank you to James and any other mechanics involved with my kia. This was my first time going to Midas and he made the experience awesome and less nerve wrecking. I was dealing with Car Shield which was kind of a headache and he made sure I didn't have to lift a finger until he knew all the information and what they could do for me and prices dealing with any issues with my car. He stayed in contact with me about updates, informed me when my car was ready to go and even a follow up call to make sure my car was okay with my Transmission. He even took the time to try to pull out a random loose light bulb out of my car dashboard. Full inspection and told me future concerns about my car.
