Leaving 2 stars because the counter guy is personable BUT let me tell you. I went in for muffler repair. My car has been sounding a bit loud for a month now and finally had a day to get in somewhere and get it checked. Free inspection, which is almost everywhere. Well, then he tells me I need basically an entire new muffler and sensors under my car. Just shy of $1300!! I went to a muffler shop, they looked at my car and said my Flex pipe went bad, common thing on many front end cars with motors that sit sideways. To fix it $175 I show them the " quote" from Midas and there were SHOCKED!! Also the man at the counter told me that a piece be had to order cost him $400 so he charged me $529 because he needs to make some money on it, but the $300 in labor was not enough. Always a new person

The midas touch and my appointment went smooth 👌 I enjoyed the coffee and the knowledge of Damon that made sure I understood what I was getting and future appointments that wasn't urgent but soon..His name Damon very nice man.. The service was excellent, and the manager was very informative, patient, and helpful. My needs were met, and transportation was provided promptly so I could wait in the comfort of my home while they addressed my car trouble. The technician took the time to explain what needed to be done and showed me the problem area causing my car trouble. This is a great place to have your car repaired, and a great team working together.

I stopped by Midas in Redford yesterday to have a rattling sound checked out on my 2017 Charger. From the moment I walked in, Nick was welcoming, professional, and provided excellent customer service. After inspecting my car, they discovered that the sway bar links were broken. The team replaced them, and I also decided to get an oil change—which conveniently included a tire rotation. The entire experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for reliable vehicle repairs, go to Midas in Redford—you won’t be disappointed. Too often, people are quick to leave bad reviews but don’t take the time to share the good ones. Working in customer service myself, I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Nick is exceptional, and Midas is lucky to have him on their team. 💐

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and completed my oil change quickly and professionally. They checked additional fluids and offered helpful recommendations without any pressure. Highly recommend!
