I was impressed and highly recommend. The honesty and friendly service was exceptional. The shop seemed very busy but they were able to get me right in and repaired 2 of my tires in about an hour. Liz explained my vehicle maintenance inspection was done. I recieved 13 detailed pictures with correct measurements of my jeeps components such as tire tread depth and brake pad thickness, etc. She also indicated that my battery had tested on the low side and it may need attention in the future. And to call if I had any questions or concerns. Upon completion, Dylan , who completed the inspection and repairs, returned my key and stated that my jeep had a TON of miles (lol). but was in really great shape. I will certainly return in the future.

The crew at Midas were excellent. Great professional service with a smile. The mechanics were great .I’m throwing out a shout out to Liz at the desk. She had a very welcoming personality and she was professional and very informative. Very easy to talk to and actually cared about her job. Our car was delivered to the wrong address by AAA. They said they could fix it, all they did was over charge us for doing 3 days of nothing, as we had to have it picked up again and sent to the dealership. The dealership advised us the engine was blowen and they couldn't figure that out after 3 days???? They also gave us a estimate of 5,186.00 for additional services they wanted to do on the car with a blown engine....RUN AWAY!!!!

I am always very impressed with the customer service that Zack gives. He goes above and beyond every single time. I like the idea that the crew can always find a way to squeeze me in for an unexpected issue. Very dependable service by a great group of people. I give Midas of Rochester an A+. Zack is awesome!

Both headlights went out at once which was odd but stressful. My car doesn’t have fuses for the lights so I didn’t know what was wrong. Midas got me right in and fixed the problem. The entire team were courteous.
