Midas

Many thanks to David Warren and his crew at Midas in Sierra Vista off Fry Blvd. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they were able to coordinate with my insurance, order parts, and complete repairs in two days. My engine fan came apart while driving down the highway and became shrapnel inside my engine compartment. Along with the fan, repairs included the radiator, thermal fan clutch, transmission cooler line, the fan shroud, the engine cover, serpentine belt, and it also punched a hole into my battery. Excellent customer service and timely communication from David. He provided me updates, clear understanding, and expectation management.

I always have a positive experience at Midas. (I cannot say the same for our local Ford dealership.) In Midas I trust! The folks at Midas practice transparency; I know how much I'm going to pay before the work begins and they contact me via text and photos messages with ALL the info regarding what the crew finds going on with my vehicle.

After getting oil changes this past Saturday (11/29/25) for both my daughter and myself, we called ahead to confirm they would do a full tire rotation and look over my daughter’s car—one I had just purchased—to let us know if anything needed attention. We were told to come at 3:30 and assured everything would be completed. While paying, however, I was suddenly told that the tire rotation had been done but they didn’t have time to look over her car because they were closing. This was frustrating, considering they accepted the appointment and confirmed the services beforehand. Then, less than four miles down the road, my daughter’s car started smoking. I won't take my car anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have confidence they will accurately diagnose problems and charge a fair price. They exceeded my expectations! Thank you Midas staff!

I had full synthetic oil change for the special price of 49.99 , and so sent my wife for change in her car. They charged her almost $80 for same service . Why? Is it because she was a woman and did not know better ? They also told me my drain plug was rounded off. I've been going to them for service for several years. So how was it rounded off by whom ? Also last oil change I had the tech spilled a LOT of oil all over the top of engine and did not clean it off at the time. For me that's three strikes . I will not be using this shop for service any more .
