Went there yesterday to install old winter tires i did not know that the tires were a mess they explained in detail the issues with the old winter tires so I opted not to install them on my car they did not charge a penny for the work they did , looked all over for new winter tires couldn't find something that I can get before the 28th of December so I called them this morning to see if they can help they were able to get a set of 4 winter tires and stud them for me with an install the next day less then 24 hours will see tomorrow but as of now I am more then satisfied with the service they provide. We were so well taken care of by this team. My daughter and I were travelling through before Thanksgiving and had a brake issue. We called this location and, even though they were fully booked, they agreed to take a look for us. They then drove to another town to get the part (at 4 pm), stayed late to fix the issue, explained everything so clearly and were unfailingly pleasant. It made the world of difference to us in what could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you!

Midas attempted to charge me $465 to undercoat my 2 door 2016, Jeep Wrangler, stating it took 7 gallons to undercoat it. Charged me $390 to undercoat my daughters 2018 honda crv from Florida. My cars came from Florida, I am a local woman, the manager Colby swore at me, using the f word when I addressed the issue of 7 gallons to undercoating a 2 door jeep wrangler. He dropped it to $365 after I refused to pay $465! I will be contacting corporate and the better business bureau. I am a professional single woman who works in the local medical field in Saint Albans, Colby verbally assaulted me, I have never dealt with such aggression in a professional setting.

My go to place for walk in appointments for my car. Walk ins are on every Saturday, first come first serve. Sometimes they try to squeeze you in when you really need to get your car in. Honest, fair and they recommend what you need to repair right away and what can wait. There is a waiting room/area while you wait for your car. Also, I just learned that you can print out a coupon online. Not sure if the coupon is available all the time or not. But it’s always good to check, anything helps nowadays.

I had spent 4 k in last two months and I was ok bcs I trust them to fix what they suggest . I asked for detailing my car very crispy clean like new one , this is when I got into hiccups with them . They charge 495 dollars for detail and I am ok with that , except it was not detailed it was just vacuum and oiled/ greased up . I took the car back to show them a lot was missing . They said what I am expecting cost $1500 so I told them why didn’t you say that to begin with , then the owner came out see what they missed in detailing and offered to pay 1/2 of the mo et back and I said ok . He also said it was a miscommunication .
