Midas

My check engine light been on for a minute and constantly turning on and off. So I decided to see what was the issue and an auto shop near me suggested that I take it Midas for a diagnostic because they have the real machine. That can detect what’s the real problem. So I called before going to explain my concerns and Eddie explained the pricing of what it will cost to see what’s wrong with the car and said it will be waived if I get the service done. He was very kind over the phone which made me decide to check them out. I got there this morning and they were all kind and helpful. I was able to find out what was wrong with my car and I must say the price of the part was outrageous and when I said I will look myself and it was a high price. I came here to have a wheel alignment and balancing done on my car. My car had been in an accident, and I needed to get the alignment done first before repairing other parts because I did not know which parts were damaged. They told me they would do the alignment and balancing. While I was waiting, they tried to sell me new tires. I told the employee that it does not make sense to install new tires on a car that does not have proper alignment and balancing. They told me not to worry and that they would do the alignment. After installing the tires, they then told me that the alignment could not be done and that I needed to replace many parts. I asked why they replaced the tires in the first place if the alignment could not be done. The tires I purchased are supposed to be all-season tires,
