My car needed an inspection to update my registration so I made an appointment with Midas. I actually wasn’t expecting my car to need any work, but despite the fact that I had to spend much more than expected, I was so impressed with Stephanie and those that worked on my car. Stephanie has a gift for explaining mechanical information to those who lack any mechanical intelligence. She was thorough explaining which things had to be done for the inspection and what I could hold off on until after the holidays. I was given a loaner car for free, which was a nice surprise. I only needed the loaner for a day because they were very quick fixing my car. I really appreciated how easy the entire process was and I will be using Midas in Warwick going forward for all of my car repairs and oil changes.

I went for an oil change and state inspection. No dilly dallying I was in and out in 40 minutes!!! Best experience ever in these kind of places. The woman running the store knew her stuff! Wicked impressive. Returning customer indeed!

This place is the best. Got appointment scheduled quickly. Took me right in, out within less than an hour. Mechanic came out & sat with me, explained issue thoroughly.

Went here for state inspection. The manager at the front desk was very personable and knowledgeable. The mechanic who inspected my car was also very nice and knowledgeable. I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion.

I made an appointment for an inspection for my daughter's car that we had just bought . They told her she needed $3800 of work done to her car . When she double checked with her brother he told her absolutely not . They said it was fine and passed . They definitely were going to take advantage of her . I wouldn't go back.
