On a recent road trip, my wife and I were headed home driving on an Interstate Highway in Texas (speed limit 75) going 80 when I turned into the left lane to pass a car and then proceeded to hit a hunk of concrete laying in the middle of the left lane. We were very lucky not to lose control of our Van and stopped at the next rest area to check for damages. I really couldn't see under the Van so we proceeded on our way until I saw a Chrysler dealer. I pulled in and they put the Van on the lift and told me our muffler as damaged badly but nothing was leaking and we were safe to drive home. Once home, I started my journey in finding someone to replace our muffler. When my son hit a curb and threw his alignment out, Jesse became my new best friend. The tow company was late getting the car to the shop, but Jesse kept me calm and assured me they would look at the car once it arrived. Then even after repairs were done, we were struggling with the insurance to follow through. Once again, Jesse came to my aid and called the insurance company to help alleviate my stress. Maybe I could've shopped around for lower costs, but the incredible customer service is worth every penny I paid on that repair. Thanks, Jesse!

This is the second time I’ve been to this Midas location, and once again I had a great experience. The first time, I worked with Jesse, who went out of his way to help me save money by applying any current promos and discounts he could when I needed new rotors and brakes which I seriously appreciated that. This most recent visit, I worked with Scott, who was super approachable and took the time to walk me through all my options for the engine work that was needed, and also explained their financing options, which was really helpful. Overall, they’re quick, reliable, and genuinely care about helping you out. I’ll 100% keep giving this location my business.

Came here twice and the service was great both times. Scott Andrastek the service advisor was great, he’s very knowledgeable and gave good advice and a list of alternatives to accommodate your needs and you’re able to leave the shop confident and secure about your purchase and the work they did with your vehicle. The technicians were great as well and worked in a timely manner and left my vehicle in good shape both times. Also first time I came in it was a walk-in and the second time I came in it was a scheduled appointment and both times they attended me the process was quick and easy!

Took my vehicle to Midas in Waukesha and had a great experience. The staff was straight-forward, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They got me in, diagnosed the issue, and handled it in a timely manner. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that communicates well and treats you with respect. Pricing was fair, work was solid, and the car drove noticeably better when I left. Definitely a place I’d go back to and recommend if you need honest work done without the runaround.
