Wish I could give 10 stars. The customer service and speed is impeccable. Called to see if I could get an appointment and they said to just bring it right in. While there many walkins came and were each taken care of immediately. These guys have a great team and system. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. They offered a loaner car for free while I was waiting for my repairs. Absolutely the best car shop experience I’ve ever had. They could have taken advantage and they didn’t. Honest, trustworthy and professional. Will be bringing my cars here every time.

We live 2 hours away but our daughter is in college in Midland & she needed tires on her car. When I first called Brandon was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what I needed. They were very nice to my daughter during her visit & made sure she was comfortable. They were right on time with her appointment and her wait time was less than expected. Thank you for taking care of our daughter and her car. We will be back for any of her mechanical needs. Thank you again Brandon!

Brakes failed in midland. This shop got me in and out in about two hours with at least two cars before me. Was able to provide me with a loaner car and able to work on my bill to fit my current budget. If I'm in the area and need service again I will be going to them first.

Amazing experience here! They were very thorough with my needs at a very reasonable cost! They didn't try to sell me anything additional and even gave me info on a potential recall for my vehicle! I will definitely be going back! Thank you Kent and his team for taking care of my car needs!
