Midnight Motors

I would not recommend Midnight Motors to anyone. Their customer service and communication are extremely poor, and they refuse to take responsibility for substandard work. On February 3, 2026, I brought my 2014 Audi A4 to Midnight Motors for an ECM tune. I was charged $650 for a service that took approximately 20 minutes. After leaving the shop, I drove straight home and parked the vehicle. The following morning, February 4, 2026, my car would not start or turn over. This issue never existed prior to the service. I immediately attempted to contact the shop multiple times by phone and text to address the problem, but all attempts were ignored. Due to the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism, I have lost confidence in their work and do not feel safe or comfortable all

After a brief conversation, there is no doubt that he is very familiar with the VW FSI 2L turbo engine. His thoughtful diagnostic approach took costs into consideration. The communication was outstanding through the repair stages, including pictures which served as proof that quality parts were used. Excellent VW service at a fair price!

Midnight Motors is a honorable mechanic shop that got the job done right! This was my first time going to the shop from Queens to the Bronx. I brought my truck in for a B127 service code that was appearing on my dashboard, the owner (Easan) explained to me exactly what it was, and what he had to do to rectify the issue he started right away and I was out of there in no time. He was professional and showed excellent customer service. This is my new found mechanic shop. I know we can only give 5 🌟 but I would give them 10 🌟.

Excellent Services!!! My car was making loud noises, and it was getting worse. I had multiple people look at my car giving me the wrong diagnosis. I was referred to Midnight Motors. They were able to tell me what the issue was and was able to repair my car. Trini is knowledgeable and shows professionalism. He explained in great detail the work that needed to be done. He also took the time and was able to answer any questions I had. Highly Recommended!!!
