Took my car to them on a Monday that had been rear ended. They took pictures as you'd expect and sent me on my way. That Wednesday I call to see the status cause they hadn't sent pics to my insurance company yet and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. Fast forward to Friday and my insurance says they still haven't sent any pics or a recommendation! So I call them and am told that everyone is busy and they will call me back with an answer. No call back and they're closed all weekend. So here it is Monday, a week after I took it to them originally, and still they have sent no recommendation or pictures to my insurance company to start.the ball rolling. 9 days after my wreck and I still don't even know if I need to car shop or if my car is fixable. Returned my "repaired" vehicle to me with MULTIPLE ISSUES including zero power on drivers side door, heated seat, etc. Their shop employees should have caught this mess! *Wires are crossed after replacing Driver's Side Door. Heated Seat, power windows, mirrors, etc will not work! *Overspray on glass and black plastic piece behind glass * New Driver's Door isnt painted *Drivers side mirror has a crack that hasnt been repaired *Reused chrome door strip that has damage *Heated seat has crossed wires and it continues to go on/off randomly
