I want to start by saying that there are still good people in this world, and this group is proof of that. Jeremy, the salesman, went out of his way to make sure the deal was fair and straightforward. There were no typical car salesman tactics, no saying whatever it takes to get you in the door and then changing things later. I drove 15.5 hours one way, had everything agreed to in writing before I left, and when I arrived, everything was exactly as promised with no surprises at all. J.R., the mechanic, is truly top notch. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before I left. He took the time to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues on the drive home or once I got it on the water. Everything was checked thoroughly and made sure it was 110 percent before I left.

We purchased a new unit from an out of state dealer. Upon returning to WY, we came to learn the unit was wrought with issues. Midway Auto in Cody was the nearest authorized dealer. To say they were awesome is an understatement. They had us bring the unit in immediately. The crew met us at the garage and listened to all our concerns. Susan maintained contact with us the entire time to keep us informed of the progress. She navigated communicating with the manufacturer and with the dealer the unit was purchased from and fought for us. The entire team at Midway in Cody is top notch!!!!! You won't be disappointed with their service, their diligence or their integrity. Simply the best!

Purchased a new RV from Midway, our experience throughout the whole process was first class. All of the Midway folks that were involved in the sale were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The next day I had a couple questions and a couple repair items. They had me come in the same day after calling and resolved all my concerns. Good service, great service after the sale. Thank you.
