Really rude and disrespectful. Spoke with two guys who knew nothing of customer service. Do not recommend. My girlfriend asked if she could pay $100 first and the remaining $100 a few days later, and that is exactly what we did. The tow fee of $200 for moving the vehicle just 1.1 miles was excessive and reflects the reputation your company has around town. If that payment arrangement was unacceptable, it should have been addressed at the time so we could have worked out a different solution. I provided two phone numbers for contact and we reached out multiple times, but no one ever returned our calls. My vehicle should not have been towed at all. Below is what they did to my best friend. They stole things from him that I watched him work very hard for.. His Autel diagnostic tool that he used for work helping the less fortunate with vehicle problems and not charging people an arm and a leg, doing his best to do good in this greedy world.. was all taken from him because 4k wasn't enough! It breaks my heart and I would not recommend this tow company to anyone. They will rob you blind. Justice will be served. I blew a tire out on my camper while traveling back home to TN. Called Mike and Sons towing and they were at my location within 30 minutes. Changed the tire and had me on the road in no time. TJ and the guy with him did an outstanding job. Very friendly and professional!!
