If ur in hurry to get ur car fixed don't hold ur breath didn't even look at it after being there one month took it down the road and was fix less then 48 hours....btw if u have anything nice and don't want to get damaged I wouldn't recommend it either took my nice car there few weeks before all this... for a 20 dollar repair and left with 287.00 in damaged to my rim sad thing is he wouldn't own up to it or offer to help pay ....Good people just bad business.....

When we moved to town maybe 13 years ago I didn’t know anyone and felt taken advantage of by several other bigger repair shops. My neighbor told me about the great experience he had with Mike who was just up the road and encouraged me to go there. My neighbor was tight with his money and very particular about who he trusted ;0) My kids and I have taken all of our vehicles there since, brand new and old. Mike has swapped batteries at my house, made “emergency” evaluations on vehicles for my kids and stayed late multiple times to help with battery and tire issues, even taking the time to show/explain issues to us. You sure don’t get that at a big shop! Thanks for all you do, and have done, for us Mike!

Came in for a low tire light, and they got us in and out in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman were so kind and professional.

I went to Sparks a couple of months ago to have my intoxalock removed. I meant to review at the time but got caught up in life and forgot (oops!). They did quick work and they fit me in the same day I called them even though they had a full schedule. They were kind, easy to talk to and not judgemental about me having the device. They even aired up my crumby tire that has a slow leak so that I could make it back to oskaloosa safely. 10/10 would recommend them.

My husband had/has to get something removed from inside his car and it is not going the way it should. He gets a call from owner and the owner was extremely rude yelling at my husband in a voice mail accusing him of things that are not his fault and he has no control over. My husband was at work when the call was made and unable to answer. The owner had no right to yell or accuse him of things out of control. VERY unprofessional and just rude. This is not the first time I've heard things said about this guy's attitude. I know I won't ever be doing business with them. They shouldn't even be in business the way they treat their customers
