O'Reilly Auto Parts

Bought a new car for my son, was transporting it back to Iowa had an issue with it not running well. Abby was very helpful and pleasant. Offered her help and helped to get me all the tools I needed to fix the part in the parking lot, She truly was a hero And came to the rescue for son‘s new car! She deserves a raise!

My car would not start outside a medical clinic after hours. I called a couple shops, but no one answered because it was after 5:00. I called O’Reilly and asked if someone there could help me out. A wonderful man named Everett not only came to where I was, he brought me a new battery and installed it right there in the freezing cold! I followed him back to O’Reilly to pay the bill where I was greeted by the nicest customer service gal. I did not get her name, but she was great! They definitely went above and beyond to help me out! I will be a customer for life.

I'm not usually one to complain or leave a review. My experience was atrocious though we when I came here. I have been to this location once before and the service was amazing. Today though I drove over there because my car kept dying and the check engine light came on. I wanted to see what the code was. I came in and ask Aaron if he could check my codes. He was very rude. He refused to check my car to see if any of the codes showed up. He wouldn't listen to me. Just raised his voice and kept refusing. I understand they just opened at 9 am and half the time women get treated like they don't know anything about a vehicle. To treat a customer like this though is unacceptable. Even if he didn't think the codes would have shown up. He could have still look to see if any codes were stored. This

Last night Abbie and Aaron replaced my battery, in the dark and cold. They worked perfectly as a team. We enjoyed several laughs. Abbie even got me a chair while waiting. They are my heros!! Many thanks!
