Went to Christan brothers to fix my heat they said they wanted to do a full system flush and if that didn't work to replace my heater core which all together would have been round about 2 thousand dollars. Called Firestone for they're estimate and they suggested a second look before going that route. I am thankful to the workers here. They did a full system flush and replaced my thermostat. My heat works perfectly. I will definitely come back for future problems with my vehicles.

I started bringing my cars here after Big O on State Street lost my trust. And I couldn't be more happy with the service I've received. I've found Mike's prices are much better than Big O, and they really try to inform you on their products. Last time I brought my civic there they pulled a dent in the rear bumper and fixed a front headlight, without my asking and with no charge.

I had my car taken to the shop in June in regards to a grinding noise from my car. I was notified that both my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced for $400, as was communicated. However, they failed to communicate with me that my brake calipers also needed to be replaced even though they notated it on the receipt. Here we are in September (3 months later), and I'm coming back in to pay $500 dollars to get the same issue resolved for 1 rear side w/ the caliper included now. I'm not sure if this was done intentionally, but in any regards, they need to work on their communication so that people aren't having to come in multiple times and pay for the same service because now I'm out of pocket almost 1,000 dollars total to get this resolved. Hopefully, the issue is actually fixed, and
