My husband initially found the vehicle and spoke with Al, who is Mike’s father. From the very first conversation, Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband brought me back to the dealership to see the car in person, and that’s when I met Mike, Al’s son. Mike was equally welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the test drive. Best dealership experience I've ever had! This family operated business treated me so well and they we're honest about the whole process the whole way through. It took me awhile to find decent full coverage and they not only showed patience but assisted and helped me out finding affordable full coverage. I just can't say enough about this place. They were really nice in the beginning told me the car needed nothing done. I brought the car to get checked out at my mechanic after it was making some brake noise. Turns out there was some things wrong. Mikes mechanic fixed one of the issues and Mike brought it to his own inspection sticker place and got the sticker done. I brought it back to my mechanic and he told me they only did one issue and not everything that was on the list. I talked to Mike now and he won’t take the car to get the rest of the work done and called me a liar. I don’t recommend anyone to buy a car here.

Had an oil change done here 5k miles ago. They only put 3 quarts oil back in my 6 quart jeep. Awful!!!! Are you right next door to Bryan's shop? If so, i left my jeep with him overnight, I had my radio fixed by him and he had you do an oil change on my jeep. I picked it up the next day. And paid him for the service because he said he already paid you. And, the oil pan drain screw was on so tight that it took my mechanic 10 minutes to get it off.....

Very pleasant car buying experience. He acted as a customer advocate with transparency towards financing. Provided additional info from 3rd parties to help in making the most of our new car purchase. Each car we started ran clean (which has not been the experience with many other car lots) goes to show they have pride in what they sell. Would definitely recommend!
