Mike's Auto Sales, Repair & Body Shop

Do not use this shop. I took my brand new car to him to fix my door and it was not a good job. The door was scuffed and needed to be buffed and painted. Mike had the car for over a week and the door got worse than what is was. Mike drove my car over 80 miles and never even asked permission. If I didn’t have find my car on Kia portal app, I wouldn’t have known. Even after the week, I had to take my car elsewhere and I asked him for my $400.00 back because the door was worse and he said no at first. He then agreed to give me 1/2 back which was $200.00. Please do not go there for anything. This business should be shut down.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! he played with my time, had me out there waiting for an hour telling me he’s waiting on his guy to come from “lunch” at 5:30 pm whole time he was working on another car. Asked me to leave the car til 7 at 8:30 he sends me a picture of the car on the lift with nothing done to it, then asks me to stop by to take a look then tells me he didn’t know he wanted me to do it. His worker is very rude. Waste of time ! Also not to mention it’s not a body shop stop by and you’ll know what I mean

Great service, was a big help on my 5 day stay .Made it back to Jersey safe and my car never drove better. My car has an exhaust leak ,the AC wasn't working, my wheel bearings were bad and my belt pop all within that one weekend and they help me out with all of that. GREAT SHOP GREAT GUY

If you got a foreign car there's no better place to go expert mechanic best prices in Richmond and surrounding counties If you dont want to be beat in the head with unreasonable prices and want quality work then this is the place to take your car. They service domestic cars too!

They just waste your money for nothing ! They ll buy tools by your money and not fixing any thing . They are not professional at all . They don't want to win customers, they just want to take the most money from any new person who visits them and so on.
