Appreciated the service and personal help understanding how the Bluetooth needed to work. I initially had issue that ended up not needing fixing at this point. Andy explained in detail the issue and appreciated this info. The office crew is friendly and kind. Dameon is a good business man with personality and manner! Been in SC for 6 years and believe I have found my service center for my vehicles! (They did have the wrong number so couldn't contact me when car was finished. But wasn't an issue because I made previous arrangements to PU a week after drop off.

First time coming here because I needed a second opinion. Super grateful I did as they saved me a chunk of money. The managers and receptionist were really nice and made me feel secure that I was in good hands. The tech I had a test drive with, was nice as well and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Look yall, having to go to a mechanic is never a great experience. Its always money out of your pocket, regardless of warranty claims or whatnot. I have to say, hands down, this is the best experience I have ever had bringing a vehicle into a mechanic. We are from central NC and my wife was down in Greensville when the transmission in her jeep blew up. Unfortunately, it needed a complete rebuild. Damion and Rico were honestly the most professional and straightforward people I have had to deal with when it comes to auto issues. The communication during the diagnosis process was amazing, and the response time was even better. The only thing I would change about this shop is its location. I want to start by saying thank you to the entire team at Mr. Transmission for taking great care of my son’s car. The car had been worked on twice previously elsewhere, leaving me very unsatisfied, so I was already a little on edge going into this situation. After reading the reviews for this location, I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. From the beginning, everyone was polite and professional. The young lady in the office was very nice, and the gentleman I spoke with when dropping the car off was also kind and respectful. I do want to take a moment to apologize for getting frustrated during the pickup process. First class operation.. and to top it off they love veterans... Looks to be a very clean environment which is unusual these days. You can tell the shop that cares. You won't be disappointed...
