Miller Auto Team

This was the first time I purchased a vehicle without actually going to the dealership. I found the truck I was looking for but was 6 hours away. I was very apprehensive about making a purchase without actually seeing the truck in person and trying it out. Adam Decker of the Miller Auto Team made this purchase a really smooth process. His responses to my questions were always in a very timely manner and always had the answer. He took the videos and pictures I asked for without hesitation. He also helped with the transport. I was very specific about what I wanted to buy. I looked for a few months, found 2 different ones elsewhere, that were both sold before I could get to them. Then I found this one, nearly 2 hours from home. So I called and set an appointment for 4 days away. The salesperson, Kyle, put a hold on it for me 🙂 so it would still be there when I drove down. This was my first ever sign by myself vehicle purchase, so it was a big deal for me. I'm sure I wasn't the worst customer ever, but I know I was a bit pushy lol. Kyle was GREAT! I could order all of my parts online from wholesale Acura and Honda parts dealers but I always go to Miller Honda. I went there today to pickup parts for my 1994 Acura Integra K24 Swapped Turbocharged 600 HP Beast. I always have a great customer service experience at Miller Honda due to their outstanding team. Ironically, I am strongly considering selling three of my nine vehicles and purchasing the 2025 Honda Civic Type-R in the images. I don’t write reviews all that often unless I really have something to say..& this place, I have so much to say about. They are absolutely AMAZING! They truly care about their customers. I went to look at buying a used car. I looked at a couple then spotted the car of my dreams. I test drove it & fell in love with it. Nolan went above and beyond for me. I was supposed to go pick up my car on a Monday but at the last minute, they found that my car needed a simple little part that was broken the last time whoever owned it before me changed the oil on it. The part, of course, was on back order for a month. Nolan put me in a brand new loaner car until it was ready and he continues to go above and beyond while I’m waiting for it to be done. Covered under warranty! My 2018 Hyundai Sonata is losing oil. I've been told to "jump through the hoops first," and then "my engine problem" can be addressed. Meanwhile, more problems at my cost could be done in a day. I have researched my situation and found that engine problems exist for this make and year! That's not all!!! I've had to drive a certain number of miles that led to my car being towed at my cost of $220.00. Still more....the paint is peeling, and again, research shows this is common with my Make and Model! Miller said that I needed to make partical payment. The paint came off after Washing my car! Washing my car!
