I just bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler from Miller Ford Burlington. Love my new Jeep Wrangler. However I signed the lease agreement without hesitation like a dumb ass and looking at the agreement now I believe I was ripped off.. The sticker on the widow was $39 thousand, the price hanging from the mirror was 34 because of Chrysler rebates.. I was also supposed to get $1500 for being a previous Jeep owner plus my trade in value that was plus $811.. looking over the paperwork it looks like I paid full sticker price and Miller Ford kept all my rebates.. I came in and met with the same financial guy that did my paperwork thinking this would be explained in layman’s terms, finance for dummies 101.. instead I got fast talking and punching in a calculator telling me I got a deal.. If I could rate this dealership a zero, I would. Let me preface by saying, we did not purchase our Ford Focus from this dealership. We received a recall notice in the mail, which prompted us to call since they are our local Ford dealership. My wife then talked to someone in the service area about the recall last week and made an appointment for them to solely replace the recalled part. Fast forward to today, they offered to pick up our vehicle for the appointment and after a few hours, we get a text message from Keith in the service center letting us know about their recommendation to change the clutch on our vehicle (even though it only has 60k miles), and they would be holding the vehicle until we paid $179 for the diagnostic testing they proactively did WITHOUT our authorization. ZERO

I drove 100 miles to look at an used vehicle. We provided a fair offer to purchase and sales person refused to move on the price. Then we talked to the sales manager who had the same message. When we were walking out the door, the price drops $700. Surprisely, we never got a follow up call. The vehicle is still available 2 months later. Terrible dealership.

Miller Ford is great !! Me and my wife were in the market to buy a new F150 pick up. We were searching for a STX trim pick up. We spoke to Jay over the phone since we lived almost 2 hours away. Jay took down all of our information and got us the deal we wanted. Jay and bob got us our financing done with a very low interest and helped us out on our trade-in. We really couldn’t be happier with our experience at this dealership they did everything that they promised over the phone when we got there. They did not lie or do anything shady like other dealerships that we previously visited. that is the reason we were searching for a family owned dealership like Miller and they stud true to their word. they even gave us a free 65 inch tv. Our experience with Miller Ford in Burlington, WI was great. My wife and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of opportunities to get to know the vehicle before making a buying decision. We ultimately decided to buy two vehicles from Miller Ford within 24 hours of each other. I felt the price of each vehicle was very competitive based on other similar vehicles we looked at in the area.
