They were amazing. They took over the headache of dealing with my warranty coverage and even though it took almost a month for the warranty company to give the approval they kept me updated and in a loaner vehicle without any hassle the whole time. Very pleased with Katie she is amazing!

I brought my vehicle in to have new fobs programmed to my remote start. I paid $170 to have them tell me they couldn't program them. I brought it home and my husband was able to program them! Mind you, he doesn't do this for a living. He watched a couple you tube videos and figured it out.

Its a dealer ship. The name of the game is to bleed you dry ever time you go in. Its going to be over priced and they will push you into saying yes to what they are selling. Customer service isn't the goal here. I felt lake more of an inconvenience to everyone i talked to. Also now im getting messages about selling my car to them after I told them no.

I don't think they do a bad job... but as with any place be wary of the extended warranties they offer as when something goes wrong they will be very unlikely to honor it.
