Miller's Automotive on Merchant - a Main Street Auto shop

I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a squealing noise coming from the engine compartment. After inspection, the service advisor told me the issue was a failing A/C compressor and a harmonic balancer. Based on that diagnosis, I approved the repair and paid about $1,800. Unfortunately, shortly after the work was completed, the exact same noise returned. I brought the vehicle back, and to their credit, the shop quickly acknowledged the issue and corrected their mistake by replacing the water pump at no additional charge. I do appreciate that they took responsibility and made things right without arguing or trying to charge me again. We switched our vehicle service to Millers a few years ago and should have done it sooner. They are great! Good service with great prices and they stand behind their work. Recently Millers mounted my UTV tires and did a wonderful job.

Excellent service on my vehicle. My car needed a repair, and it needed to be quick. They got me in that day and started working on the repairs immediately. I was back up and running the next day. They are very clever when it comes to the knowledge they have of car repairs.
