Millington Transmission

There are absolutely no words to express how great the team is at this shop! I was passing through on my way to Vegas from Sevierville and lost my transmission. I was able to locate one at a Ford dealer but their shop schedule was full so they didn’t have time until next week to perform the install.Ford recommended Millington Transmissions for the install. I gave them a call and the owner was more than accommodating to the extent that he was willing to stay late to ensure the job got completed the same day. This was a BIG JOB with an 11.5hr install time and I wasn’t able to get the replacement transmission to them until 3pm! We first brought our F150 into Millington Transmission in July for an electrical problem. They held onto it for a week and weren’t able to get to it because the one guy who knows how to work on that was off work most of the week. We picked the truck back up without any repairs being made and decided to just deal with the electrical issue making the AC turn off intermittently. A few weeks later, the electrical problems were continuing and we started having a new issue with the starter. We decided to give Millington Transmission another try. They told us to give them a day or two, but that they would try to prioritize it because it was a work truck. At the end of the week, we still hadn’t heard anything and gave them a call.
