Being a former employee, warranties are usually hard to process, and this is one of the only stores in the city that will actually do whatever it takes to get it done without any complications. Makes my life a lot easier when working on the truck. Much appreciated to the employees and managers.
🚨🚨O'Reilly on hwy 51 Millington manager told me i have to return a battery under warranty w/ a receipt to the store 3 1/2 hours away. DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP ME OUT!!! REALLY? NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!🚨🚨
I love this place. Out of the 4 part stores in Millington, this is my go-to. Best service and their always willing to help.
Had what I needed at fair prices. Only one person working the phones and counter. She did a good job but could have used help from guys hanging out in the back room.
