Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I love this car wash! And the fact that you don’t have to go through the car wash to use the vacuum! Everyone is always so nice and polite! I would recommend Tidal Wave in Millington 100%

Every time I get my car washed here it has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love being able to clean my car inside and out. There’s always plenty of vacuums, towels and cleaner to use. I enjoy going here.

Best Car Wash Hands Down 🙌🏾. The Teammates are always So Friendly and Helpful. There Vaccums Really Suck‼️But In a Good Way 🤣. There Vacuums are Really Strong, So Strong That When You Vacuum Your Car Rug The Vacuum Literally Sticks Too It. It Picks Up All The Debris and Dust On Your Carpet and Seats. I Haven’t Been Too Any Carwash Like This In a Long Time, That There Vacuum Works as Good As Tidal Wave. The Only Car Wash I Will Come Too. Please Bring One Too Raleigh/Bartlett. 🤞🏽Meanwhile, I’ll Keep Coming Here. Haven’t Tried The Cordova Location Yet.

Decent location, decent employees. This particular facility often leaves my car with spots of dirt remaining after the wash, and it NEVER rinses the soap off of the car completely. The tire shine will only do one side of the car (about 50% of the time), and when it does its usually just globs of tire shine caked up on the wheels/tired. Nothing that I feel is a huge deal, simply disappointing for the price. ***The copy/paste, generic "response from the owner" is not necessary.***

Normally I don’t leave reviews for these business types but had to based on my experience this morning. Jason, Cameron, and Spencer were working this morning. I pulled up in my VERY DIRTY FJ Cruiser, prepared to either not be allowed into the carwash or have to go through it a few times to knock the mud off. They assessed the condition and told me to pull up. In 35 degree weather, they spent over 5 min manually spraying and brushing the excess mud off. This made sure that 1. My car actually got clean and 2. Their automatic equipment wouldn't pick up material that would damage future paint jobs. They were pleasant and helpful the entire experience; i was just going to pay for single uses, but the customer experience influenced me to get the monthly membership. Thanks, guys!
