Somewhat disappointing experience when I brought a Porsche in for a prepurchase inspection. I specifically asked for a bore scope which was not done without any explanation. Also received the ppi report without any explanation of the findings. All in all, I was hoping for more personal/comprehensive service. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a ppi.

I brought my Mercedes-Benz E550 to this repair shop because the rear passenger air suspension was sagging overnight. The vehicle would drop while parked and then raise again when started. The shop told me they found no air leaks and diagnosed the problem as failed air springs. Based on that diagnosis, they charged me $2,570 to replace the air suspension air springs for both sides, even though only the passenger side was sagging. After the repair, the vehicle continued to sag overnight exactly as it did before. I returned the car to the shop, and they then informed me they had found a leak in one of the air suspension air lines. This indicates the original diagnosis was incorrect and that the air spring replacement was unnecessary and did not fix the problem I brought the car in for. A leak

They completed a Stage 1 tune, transmission tune, new plugs and a few other service items for me. All completed in one day and WOW! My 2018 M550i x-drive is like a new car! Could not be happier and highly recommend their services. Thank you again!

Highly recommend, recently got my CLS serviced after a long road trip, Daniel was very professional and easy to work with. Prices are fair and workmanship is top tier. You can really tell this is a serious place that takes pride and responsibility seriously looking over your European vehicle.
