They were very kind and honest. I asked to check my brake pads and they said it still has a good lifespan. When there is nothing wrong, they tell you honestly instead of trying to rip you off. Also, they were super quick.

My car was towed to MEA waiting for insurance appraisal. Minh and his colleague were nice and helpful. My car was declared total loss so I didn't get to use their auto repair service but I'll definitely will be back when I need to.
