An Awesome experience. Had an issue with my Starter on my Nissan Titan. Brought it to Minnick and they quickly diagnosed the problem. With minutes he located the part. Took care of filing the claim with my warranty service, had the part delivered and installed in just a few hours. Now, understand, the part came in from Hammond, LA. I did not have the only vehicle there, but Minnick and their technicians made it happened about as quickly as possible. I would remember if I ever had a better experience, I don’t. Thank you Minnick!

I wanted to add to my previous review but I didn’t kno how so I decided to just write a new one. Yes…I had a not so good first opinion about Minnick. But, my review was reviewed with acknowledgment and an apology. On that itself…I appreciate. I was also asked ( my choice) to bring my vehicle back which I decided to do; and I was greeted with acceptance and additional apologies. Minnick figured out my issue and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner ( by Thursday 1/8/26 if the part is received on time) So on that note I’m happy and grateful. I also need another minor repair that I will definitely bring to them for that as well. I thank you for the quick response to my original review, your apology and the attempt desire to make it right. Stopped in because my car was making a weird noise, that I’d never heard before. Really didn’t know what to expect, as I had never used this shop before. Needless to say, my car issue was fixed in a timely manner, and the staff made sure I understood exactly what was going on through the whole process. Lobby was very comfortable, and free snacks is always a plus! I would recommend this shop to anyone, it will now be my go to, for all of my vehicles! Thanks Minnick!

I live in Dallas but was visiting family in LA. Popped in for an oil change and the technician noticed a huge gash in my front tire. I really appreciated the attention to detail. They ordered my tire and got me on the road to head back to Texas safely!
