Mirror Image Pro Detailing

Kali and his team did an amazing job detailing my VW Tiguan. I left the shop feeling like I got a brand-new car! They successfully removed all traces of my TWO dogs - a miracle given the amount they shed. The customer service is A1, you can clearly tell the team takes pride in their work.

They did a great job of buffing out some scratches I had on my hood. Very pleased with the pricing as well. full detail inside and out in my coupe. The guy who answered the phone is the same guy who handled all communications and cleaned the interior of my van. (I took it in on a SUPER rainy day; I got the impression there'd be more staff on a day that wasn't raining.) Anyway, price was far less than others in the area, and there was no wait, but now I see why that might be. It's as if they have no tools to clean all the small spaces that gather dust and gunk. It was all still where I left it! They also didn't slide the seats (to be fair, they may not have known that they slide, as it's a unique Odyssey feature) because there was still a dead bug, a Mike & Ike, and lots of crumbs and dog hair from the former owner's pet. I'd call to see if I could bring it back in, so they could do it right, but I have two toddlers, and it's just not

Amazed at the results! My seats had ground in mud and pet hair, floor mats with spilled smoothies and god knows what else. The interior looks brand new! They were honest, reliable and went above and beyond. They even managed to fix my glove box which was stuck open! Will be bringing our other vehicle here and using mirror image again!
