Mission Auto Care is my top choice for service in Bloomington as much as possible. The mechanic is an absolute gentleman who will explain things as needed, and even offered to make sure I got gas nearby safely as my tank was low when I went to pick it up. The office lady is also incredibly kind and reassuring. They are both very upfront no-nonsense and will tell you if something isn't immediate or isn't worth fixing or paying for.

Dana and his team persevered through a very confusing set of car troubles but managed to get the answers. Dana was very fair and reasonable to work with.

The owner here is an absolute legend, and I mean that in the Irish way. I had an impossible request, and these people came through with perfect result's in under 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Probably the only time I've felt entirely comfortable admitting I know nothing about cars to a business. Everyone has been extremely nice, helpful, and kept me in the loop for everything. They worked within my budget and did their best to help me without ever being pushy, which is a rarity for any shop. I can't recommend them enough.

Upon buying a used car, they helped me set up a plan to where my three prominent repairs could be spaced out and taken care of in order of seriousness. They've always been honest about how long certain repairs can be put off and never push towards something unnecessary. They even removed and replaced my car battery free of charge when one of the screws was fused. Lastly, during my last visit, Trisha showed me how to check my fluid levels (oil, brake, wiper) without my asking and the team was able to resolve a dashboard light issue free of charge.
