We got flat tires on I-90. After I called Missoula Motor, Carol as dispatcher called out Josh. He showed up on time, providing advices on tire and wheels, and bring us back to Costco tire center safely. Really appreciate it!!!

I used the Karl Tyler Body Shop for my GMC Terrain after it met a confrontational deer. They were quick, friendly and professional. My car is back to perfect, and they even detailed it inside and out! if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you guys!

Josh was awesome! He was on the spot quickly with the tow truck and was friendly. Josh had good recommendations for options for our car troubles and Missoula Motor Company was accommodating. Great job to the team!

They took great care of me!! I purchased the vehicle from Karl Tyler and requested a couple scratches be fixed. They got me in right away and gave me a loaner vehicle while it was there. I expected to have to purchase a license plate holder because it was partially broken, after it was out of the shop(I did not negotiate it being replaced). KT called and said, "It is such a nice car, the ordering of the part took 2 days extra. I was happy to wait, I did not want to rush good work!! I picked it up today and could not be more happy with the results!! Paint matches perfectly, clear coat is great, and I don't have to shop for a license plate frame!! Little did I know that in order to remove and install the license plate bracket I would of had to pay to have the bumper removed and replaced!! Wh

Our experience with Karl Tyler Towing was wonderful. Josh, our tow truck driver was friendly and very helpful when our car broke down stranding us 30 miles outside of missoula. Josh helped us get situated with the people at their Volkswagen dealership ( which have been fantastic helping us through this ordeal as well) and then drove us around helping us find a safe hotel that would except us and our dog until we could find out what was wrong with our car. We are so happy we chose this company, and are very appreciative of the great employees they have working for their company.
